This genuine, as new, vintage sterling silver, art deco ring setting came to light during the re-organisation of the premises at Treak Cliff Cavern.
It was made by Motts of Birmingham (trading from 1875 to 1972).
It is marked sterling silver with the TLM stamp (Thomas Lyster Mott) and dates back to the late 1920s.
It has been set with Blue John (Treak Cliff Blue Vein) in 2019 by Treak Cliff Cavern craftsman Andrew Elliott.
The stone measures 10mm x 7mm
